Product Description

- The YRW-8101 model is the highest technology level in the water jet field. Based on the ultra-high-speed performance, the beating mechanism and opening device are optimized. The weft insertion performance is further improved by cooperating with the newly developed U-shaped short-spacing nozzle.

-  YRW-8101 adopts a new stronger frame structure, strengthening the let-off device, shortening the fabric surface front path, greatly improving the beating-up performance.

-  The let-off stability is realized by the let-off worm axial direction gap adjustment device. Suitable for wide and high-density fabric, it easily deals with weaving from narrow size to wide size, from general fabric to double-layer fabric.

- It adopts A U-type beating-up shaft with a multi-reinforced support seat and a centralized lubrication system, improves the beating-up strength, makes it more wear-resistant, and extends machine running life.
